Inspiriert von Full Moon Circles erwartet dich eine Vollmond Sequence mit verschiedenen Atemtechniken, Yin Asanas (Posen) und eine intensive Tanzmeditation mit Ritmo Flow. Das Ziel von Luna Flow ist, dass du lernst dich in neue Situationen hinein zu entspannen und zu vertrauen. Erdung, Dankbarkeit, Freude und Tanzbewegungen können dich hierbei unterstützen. Inspired by Full Moon Circles, a full moon sequence awaits you with various breathing techniques, Yin Asanas (poses) and an intensive dance meditation with Ritmo Flow. The goal of Luna Flow is that you learn to relax and trust in new situations. Grounding, gratitude, joy and dance movements can support you in this.
